By accessing or using Lit Adx's advertising platform for the Lit Star app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our platform.

Any individual or entity that creates and runs advertising campaigns through Lit Adx
The exclusive mobile application where all advertisements are displayed
A set of advertisements with specific targeting, budget, and duration parameters
Lit Adx's advertising management system and related services
You must be at least 18 years old to create an advertiser account
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Campaign budgets are non-refundable once impressions have been served. Unused funds may be refunded upon account closure.
Advertisers are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges related to their advertising campaigns.
You retain all rights to your advertising creatives, trademarks, and campaign content. By using Lit Adx, you grant us a limited license to display your ads within the Lit Star app.
Lit Adx and all associated trademarks, logos, and platform technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our IP without explicit permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Lit Adx platform for managing your advertising campaigns on Lit Star.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lit Adx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
We do not guarantee specific campaign performance results
Technical issues may occasionally affect ad delivery
Market conditions may impact advertising effectiveness
We reserve the right to reject or pause any campaign
Total liability limited to amount paid for services
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
